Set across three towers above the rejuvenated ‘The Glen’ retail precinct, Sky Garden is home to 539 Rothelowman-designed apartments and 2700m² of communal space. The Golden Age Group, DKO Architecture and Aspect Studios have added 4000m² of residents-only rooftop gardens incorporating a kitchen, bar and lounge in addition to designated relaxation, wellness and play spaces. This project was shortlisted for the 2021 Urban Developer Awards for Industry Excellence as the Development of the Year in the High-Density Residential category.

The Nolan

Amid the Dockland’s NewQuay precinct, The Nolan stands apart. The modernist building was designed by architects Fender Katsalidis. It incorporates a statement gold piece into the facade by artist Alexander Knox called ‘Ned and Dan’ as a nod to Sidney Nolan’s famous Ned Kelly paintings. Comprised of 204 apartments over 24 levels, the development includes a podium-level outdoor recreation space to encourage community, a heated pool and gym plus unsurpassed harbour views and city access.

Set atop Richmond Hill, developers Little Projects appointed architects Rothelowman and interior designer Mim Design to create the 175 industrial, art deco apartments and townhouses of Dux. Residents here have easy access to a stalwart shopping and café precinct and are a short stroll from the iconic MCG. Dux features a terrace with casual dining and panoramic views, a pool and ground floor retail options. The 12-storey boutique residence was named the Best Residential Development in Australia at the Asia Pacific Property Awards.
