The first release from of Orb Property Partners’ 1.4 hectare Tapestry Project is WOBO (West of Boundary). Here, 99 warehouse style apartments designed by Bayley Ward and Fender Katsalidis combine industrial style with homely warmth. The rooftop (one of several in the development) features al fresco dining and a fire pit around which a diverse and multi-cultural community will gather as well as views to the city, green parks and docklands. The development will offer a skate park, a theatre for live performance, creative retail options, a medical centre, a variety of hospitality spaces, a boutique hotel, a public park, co-working offices and so much more.

Golden Age Group’s vision is to create a “New Chinatown” in Box Hill. Sky Village is a mixed-use development combining residential, commercial, retail, healthcare, hospitality and retail spaces with an East meets West aesthetic by Fender Katsalidis with Aspect Studios landscapes. Two 18-storey towers and a smaller six-storey tower will be home to 429 apartments and 77 serviced apartments. This vibrant self-contained precinct will feature floating walkways and winding paths that lead to 12,000m² of shops, a 1,500m² childcare centre, a Chinese language school, clinics for both Chinese and Western medicine, plus a 4,000m² hawker hall.
