Below, three levels of commercial space hosts 6000m2 of flexible, configurable office space. Up top, an artistic, modernist rooftop plays homage to landscape architect and nature artist Burle Marx. One East Melbourne also boasts a 5 star rating from both Green Star and the National Australian Built Environment Rating System for its innovative, low-maintenance heating and cooling systems. The Australian Institute of Architects recognised this tower with their top award for ‘Residential Architecture Multiple Housing’.
