Developer ANPLUS has called on the architects and interior designers at DKO along with landscape designer Jack Merlo to transform the former Transdev bus and tram depot into Seddon Square. Here, four unique quadrants will surround an urban oasis and will conveniently neighbour Victoria University and a brand new 1700m2 community park. The ground floor of Seddon Square will offer shopping and hospitality and residents will have access to communal dining space, co-working areas, meeting rooms and a rooftop terrace garden. The first release, Walter Lane, comprises 70 apartments and seven townhouses with either green park frontage or sweeping city views.
